Natural Capsules Limited convened its 1st Extraordinary General Meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, via video conference, where shareholders approved a special resolution for the issuance of equity shares and warrants convertible into equity shares on a preferential basis. Mr. Tekkar Yashwanth Prabhu, Chairman, presided over the meeting, which was attended by 31 members constituting the requisite quorum, and Mr. Sunil L Mundra, Managing Director, addressed the meeting regarding the preferential issue. The results of the voting will be declared upon receipt of the Scrutinizer's report and submitted to the stock exchanges separately.
